Business Analyst Data Lake Services (m/w/d)

You are a Business Expert with a passion for Data (analysis, provisioning, reporting) and would like to work more closely with the IT? Then you have come to the right place. In an interdisciplinary Scrum Team, you as Business Expert, are fundamental in shaping modern software solutions for credit card payments and work hand in hand with skilled software developers and testers.

You are the expert for our Data Services (Enterprise Data Lake, Data Mesh, etc.), analyse product requirements and play an initial role in the future of the development of the applications.

• Collect and analyze requirements for Enterprise Data Lake, Data Provisioning Services and Data Quality Management
• Analyze and understand Business and Reporting data
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Work closely with the product owner, developers and testers for the technical solution designs
• Define testing scenarios
• Analyze and clarify bugs from the business side
• Support and consult the product management
• Collaborate with the Product Owner for planning, prioritization and approving of user stories
• Support developments and software improvements

Must have:

• Analytical thinking skills
• Accustomed to working with various data sets (e.g. transactional data, master data, etc.)
• Affinity for IT and data
• Process thinking, especially IT processes
• Interest in the creation of documentation
• Independent worker
• Fluent in English spoken and written
• German language skills

Nice to have:

• SQL basic knowledge
• Specialized knowledge of banking and credit card operations
• Skilled in Jira/Confluence
• Experience and interest in working within a SCRUM team
• Degree / educational background in Information Systems, Business-Administration or comparable experience
