Business Analyst Data Interfaces (m/f/d)

You are the expert for data interfaces, possess knowledge about different structured file formats, drive bug fixes and are the first point of contact for our development and operational teams.

• Collect and analyze requirements for transaction data processing and data interfaces
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Create format mapping specifications
• Define and conduct user acceptance tests
• Analyze and clarify operational and technical bugs
• Support and consult the product management
• Support customer migration
• Partial take over of product owner tasks (e.g. planning, prioritization, approving)
• Collaborate in further developments and software improvements     

• 2+ years of professional experience as Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
• Profound knowledge of structured data formats and data interfaces
• Common data formats such as xml, flat files, edifact sound familiar
• Knowledge in managed file transfer and data conversion (Seeburger) is desirable
• Knowledge of implementation of merchants or data quality are an advantage
• Ability to analyze source code (e.g. java) is an advantage
• Familiar with working in agile development teams
• Investigative and analytical, quick comprehension skills, self-responsible
• Stress resilient and able to stay solid and focused in a dynamic environment
• Very good command of written and spoken English and German
• Strong customer orientation and attention to details is a must
