Product Owner AirPlus Intelligence (m/f/d)

As a Product Owner for AirPlus Intelligence, our data analytics applications, you will be responsible for prioritizing the development backlog, maximizing the value of the product delivery.

Our Customer Touchpoint Team is an international, diverse group with a range of skills and backgrounds. Grounded in entrepreneurial thinking, we take ownership of our touchpoints and consistently prioritize the customer at the core of everything we do.

You are also responsible for representing the stakeholders, empowering the team, and maintaining Agile and Scrum processes

• Translate the product strategy into actionable tasks and plan incremental product deliveries.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the development backlog to ensure that the team is working on items that maximize business value.
• Contribute to the overall alignment of the product with customer needs and business goals
• Work closely with the agile development team during each sprint to clarify requirements, make decisions on scope and design, and approve completed work.
• Effective collaboration and an agile mindset are essential for a successful Product Owner.     

• You thrive in challenging environments, remaining unfazed by stress and tight deadlines. While you enjoy enhancing processes, you're equally content starting small and iterating for continuous improvement
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in product management. Experience in data analytics and web application development is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of data analytics tools and technologies, web application development, and Agile methodologies
• Effective communication at all business levels, driving change, and fostering high engagement are your strengths
• As a great team player, you create a positive work environment, actively share information and knowledge
• Fluency in English is essential, German is desirable
