• Support Process Excellence in their mission to drive process-orientation at AirPlus forward embracing continuous improvement
• Responsible for strategic process management topics
• Design and further develop KPI reporting and tools to monitor process performance in line with defined KPIs
• Initiate and manage complex process optimization measures using Lean Six Sigma toolbox
• Develop and roll-out company-wide continuous improvement approach
• Work in close exchange with process experts as well as key stakeholders to improve business value
• Ensure stable system usage (BIC process design) and drive needed system optimizations
• Update modelling conventions (BPMN 2.0) as necesssary 
• Facilitate and moderate cross-functional workshops (physically or virtually) 
• Develop LSS training modules and conduct training regurlarly
• Elaborate ideas, tools or concepts and create related management presentations 
• Manage stakeholders and promote continuous improvement at AirPlus 

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar education
• Several years of relevant job experience in an international business environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with strive for pragmatic and business-oriented solutions
• Ability to lead and present topics in a clear and structured way (project management experience is an advantage)
• Expertise in process and change management such as Lean Six Sigma methodology
• Commitment to team results within a multicultural environment
• Ability to work independently, responsibly and proactively, paired with a growth mindset
• Strong communication skills in German and English
