Intern Customer Accounting (m/f/d)

Wir suchen ein dynamisches und positives Teammitglied, das unser internationales Team verstärkt und auf der Welle des Wandels in die Zukunft der Geschäftsreisen reitet.

Unser Team ist das Herzstück der täglichen Kundenreise. Wir haben verschiedene Interessengruppen innerhalb des Unternehmens, wie z. B. Sales und Business Operations, und wir interagieren auch mit Kunden. Wir sind eine Gruppe von internationalen und lokalen Kollegen, die in einer guten und dynamischen Atmosphäre an verschiedenen Themen arbeiten.

• Debitorenmanagement inkl. fristgerechter Verbuchung von Zahlungseingängen gemäß AirPlus-Prozessen für unsere Firmenkunden weltweit, mit dem Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen
• Überwachung des Zahlungsverhaltens unserer Kunden
• Kontoklärung im direkten Kontakt mit den Kunden
• Verwaltung von Zahlungen und Erstattungen
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Wochen- und Monatsberichten
• In der täglichen Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern und Kunden

• Academic qualification at graduate level (Bachelor degree or equivalent) in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or a comparable education
• Relevant educational or professional experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in an international environment
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the corporate card and/ or business travel industry would be an advantage
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are required. Additional languages: German or another European language is a definite advantage
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize work and handle pressure
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package esp. Excel, PPT, etc.
• Experience with SAP is a definite advantage
