Praktikant (m/w/d) Human Resources

Lerne bei uns die HR-Arbeit in einem internationalen Unternehmen kennen und erhalte einen umfassenden Überblick des gesamten Employee-Lifecycles. Unterstütze uns dabei, Mitarbeitende zu gewinnen und zu betreuen sowie HR-Prozesse zu verbessern und neu einzuführen.

• Administrative Unterstützung bei der Mitarbeitendenbetreuung inkl. der Pflege von HR-IT-Systemen
• Mitarbeit im Recruiting, von Stellenanzeigen bis zur Koordination von Interviews sowie allgemeine Kommunikation mit Kandidate*innen und Dienstleistern
• Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Themen, z. B. Einführungsveranstaltungen für neue Mitarbeitende
• Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten

• Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ggf. Wunsch eines Praktikums während eines Gap Years
• Interesse an einem Praktikum von mindestens 6 Monaten
• Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Administration 
• Selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Hohe soziale Kompetenz
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office und Interesse an der Administration von IT-Systemen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
