To provide support to large local and multinational customers and/or merchants in collaboration and support of account management and other relevant interfaces

Deine Aufgaben / Your responsibilities
  • First point of contact for large (multinational) customers and/or merchants, including their subsidiaries if requested, providing support for all products and services by phone, e-mail and other channels
  • Responsible for keeping the customer and/or merchant data up-to-date in CRM and other systems and making changes when requested
  • Responsible for proactively taking the lead in the daily operational-related cases and liaising directly with the customer and/or merchants over these matters
  • Collaborate with specialised and/or expert teams to solve complex customer queries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Understanding and supporting account management initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strive for outstanding customer service and philosophy 
Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level qualification in commercial business or a field related to business travel management
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional work experience in a similar position or relevant field (experience in the travel and/or credit card industry is preferred)
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is a must. Depending on the region/country responsibility, there is a must for German, French, Italian, Dutch and/or Spanish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
