
Join us as an Implementation Manager and play a key role in creating a seamless onboarding experience for our business partners. You’ll guide clients from contract to go-live, empower them with product expertise, and collaborate closely with Sales and KYC to ensure exceptional service every step of the way.
• Take over/initiate enrolment cases for defined customer segments
• Secure technical integration with third-party providers in regard to outbound data
• Perform onboarding calls with clients to introduce product usage and answer questions
- Ensure accuracy of commercial and technical implementation
- First point of contact for large (multinational) customers, including their subsidiaries if requested, providing support for all products and services by phone, e-mail and other channels
