Join us as an Implementation Manager and play a key role in creating a seamless onboarding experience for our business partners. You’ll guide clients from contract to go-live, empower them with product expertise, and collaborate closely with Sales and KYC to ensure exceptional service every step of the way.

Deine Aufgaben / Your responsibilities
  • Control/Steer/Guide local/multinational commercial and technical implementation processes:

•        Take over/initiate enrolment cases for defined customer segments
•        Secure technical integration with third-party providers in regard to outbound data
•        Perform onboarding calls with clients to introduce product usage and answer questions

-       Ensure accuracy of commercial and technical implementation
-       First point of contact for large (multinational) customers, including their subsidiaries if requested, providing support for all products and services by phone, e-mail and other channels

  • Responsible for proactively taking the lead in the daily operational-related cases and liaising directly with the customer over these matters
  • Collaborate with specialised and/or expert teams to solve complex customer queries
Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or successfully completed training as a commercial clerk or comparable training
  • The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage work
  • High motivation, initiative and resilience
  • Highly customer-focused and demonstrating an ability to adjust behaviour to handle different customers and understand their needs
  • Business fluency in German, English, and French is required, with French being mandatory for this role
  • Profound IT skills, especially in the MS Office package
