Du möchtest erste Praxiserfahrung in der Finanzdienstleistung sammeln und aktiv mit Kunden arbeiten? Als Praktikant im Kundenservice bist du Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Finanzwelt. Dich erwarten ein motiviertes Team, Verantwortung von Beginn an und wertvolle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

• Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit den Kunden vorwiegend im SME Segment
• Übergabe / Koordination der Themen an nachgelagerte Supportteams inklusive Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen
• Aufbereitung des Teampostfachs

• Vorzüglich nach der kaufmännischen Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenem Studium
• Kunden- und serviceorientierte Grundeinstellung und Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kunden
• Deutsch auf Muttersprache Niveau. Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
• Präsenz in Neu-Isenburg während der Einarbeitungsphase

Die Stelle ist für 6 Monate befristet.
