Implementation Manager (m/f/d)

The Implementation Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding support and guidance throughout the onboarding process for new business partners. This includes managing contractual procedures, educating customers on product usage, and maintaining close internal coordination with key stakeholders such as Sales and KYC.

Control/Steer/Guide local/multinational commercial and technical implementation processes:

• Take over/initiate enrolment cases for defined customer segments
• Secure technical integration with third-party providers in regard to outbound data
• Perform onboarding calls with clients to introduce product usage and answer questions
• Participate in/manage projects and initiatives; coordinate, conduct and approve tests
• Identify potential for improvement and initiate its implementation
• Support of complex onboarding cases

• Bachelor's degree or successfully completed training as a commercial clerk/legal assistant or comparable training
• The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Excellent time management, organisational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage work
• High motivation, initiative and resilience
• Highly customer-focused and demonstrating an ability to adjust behaviour to handle different customers and understand their needs
• German native speaker. Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Profound IT skills, especially in the MS Office package
