You’ll be the go-to contact for our EMEA customers, providing top-notch support and ensuring a great experience with our products. In this dynamic and varied role, you'll work closely with a diverse team to deliver service that meets our customers' high expectations.

Deine Aufgaben / Your responsibilities

The Customer relationship manager will support our European SME customers as their unique point of contact. The Customer Relationship Manager, will support the achievement of our customers expectation in the respect of our SLA.

  • Support incoming calls of our SME customers
  • Support incoming Emails of our SME customers
  • Provide a support in different languages: Italian, English are essential, French is a plus.
  • Respect our internal SLA and keep the FCR (First Contact Resolution) as highest as possible
  • Liaise internally with the different stakeholders to find a resolution
  • Respect our internal processes
  • Guide our existing customers through the use of the AirPlus Products
  • Answering various question about invoices, products, electronic billing data, insurances product, administrative questions
Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications
  • MS pack Office
  • Fluent in Italian, English and/or French
  • Customer Satisfaction oriented
  • Have an easy relationship with customer by phone or by email
  • Flexibility to support different markets
  • Have a great team spirit
  • Be curious

  • Capabilty to exchange with different stakeholders
