Deine Aufgaben / Your responsibilities

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for the technical onboarding and integration of merchants and partners using various AirPlus data interfaces and formats. You will act as a key link between internal departments, external partners, and our international customers.

  • Consulting & Solution Design: Advise our sales teams and external customers on the optimal setup of interfaces and data formats to ensure smooth data transfers and high data quality.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate implementation projects for formats, interfaces and online services across our AirPlus card product portfolio.
  • Technical 2nd-Level Support: Serve as the technical point of contact for our international merchants and data suppliers (e.g. travel agencies, back-office providers, online booking tools) regarding implemented interfaces and data formats.
Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications
  • Ideally, experience in project management or technical implementations –
    or a strong motivation to grow into this role as a recent graduate or career starter
  • Preferably a solid understanding of business travel processes and industry systems (e.g. GDS, back-office) is a plus
  • Interest in payment solutions and the technical integration of merchants and partners
  • Strong technical affinity – especially regarding data formats and interfaces (e.g. APIs, XML, CSV)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and partners at the same time
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written); other languages - especially German - are a plus
  • A university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) or comparable professional experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics in a clear, accessible way
  • Motivation, reliability, curiosity, and a service-oriented mindset
