Provide support to a defined portfolio of large multinational customers and/or merchants in proactive collaboration and support of Account Management and other relevant interfaces.

• First point of contact for specific large (multinational) customers and/or merchants, including their subsidiaries if requested, providing support for all products and services by phone, e-mail and other channels • Responsible for keeping the customer and/or merchant data up-to-date in CRM and other systems, and making changes when requested • Responsible for proactively taking the lead in the daily operational related cases and liaising directly with the customer and/or merchants over these matters • Collaborate with specialized and/or expert teams to solve complex customer and/or merchant queries • Handle and resolve customer complaints • Understanding and supporting account management initiatives • Collaborate with internal teams to strive for outstanding customer service and philosophy

Bachelor degree or equivalent level qualification in commercial business or a field related to Business Travel Management
