Collection Manager (m/f/d)

• Monitor customer payment behaviour
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate effective debt collection efforts
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize debt recovery
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to support timely payments
• Clarify and coordinate outstanding claims and payment arrears within the assigned customer portfolio
• Handle enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly
• Manage accounts receivable and prepare accurate monthly reporting
• Take proactive measures to mitigate credit risks and exposure
• Support the dunning process until handover to our intensive collection care team
• Participate in internal projects and assist the team leader with ad hoc tasks and special assignments

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of experience in credit and collections or a related field
• Prior experience in banking is a plus, but not required
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on debt collection activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (Power BI knowledge is a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Demonstrated patience and the ability to perform well under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional fluency in other languages such as French or Italian is highly valued
