Junior Credit Analyst (m/f/d) - limited 1 year contract

Join the exciting work of limit management at AirPlus. Experience credit analysis of companies and help decide on their creditworthiness. With your analytical skills and evaluation capabilities, you support our customers and protect our company from credit losses.

• Risk analysis and assessment of new and existing customer requests
• Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of financial and business documentation
• Preparation and presentation of decision proposals for additional committees (e.g. management meetings, credit risk committees)
• Creditworthiness analysis
• Cooperation with trade credit insurers
• Making limit decisions within your competencies
• Processing and monitoring of limit cases in the relevant systems across all AirPlus products and locations
• Participation in projects

• Basic experience in credit management, credit analysis, and decision-making (at least 1 year)
• Experience in preparing, compiling, and presenting decision proposals.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, teamwork mindset, and out-of-the-box thinking
• Quick comprehension and high commitment
• Independent working style and solution orientation
• Enjoyment in evaluation and continuous process optimization
• Very good English skills (Italian is a plus)

Classification in the AirPlus organizational model (Cube): This role is classified in the basic profile Credit Analyst (Job family: Finance/ Orientation: Executing/ Impact Level: Significant).

This position is limited until 31.07.2026.
